Very friendly staff. Everything fresh and tasty.

Once in a while I never got my hands on the meat and my pom doner was very greasy and wanted to have it in a small bowl. He counted it as a plate for 7.50 € instead of 3.90 €

ate döner täsche , couldnt like the staff behavior, not friendly. We want to eliminate vegetables, so the staff seemed to end up giving less meat and less sauce in the tasche.

Good variety of food. Well priced and also very tasty. Very busy, but mostly no long waiting times. Fortunately, the quality is not there. Very good tea. It could maybe be a little cleaner

Best Restaurant ever

Large portions at reasonable prices. We regularly get lentil soup, tavuk sis and rice pudding there. The store felt open 24/7

The food is very good, there is a large selection of different dishes. The ambience is great and the staff is always friendly. They're all in a great mood behind the counter too. I always like to come back from Mönchengladbach. Recommendable!

Super delicious food with a great price

An ideal place for those who want to have a quick snack. Close to Hbf and especially delicious home-style food. Prices are affordable; But I would never recommend it if you want to have a nice time and eat in a peaceful place with your family. It is always very crowded and noisy. All tables are next to each other. It should not be very heartwarming to hear the smacking sounds of food right next to you. On the other hand, there is a heavy smell inside. The employees are not polite, but they are not smiling and gentle. They all have a state of stress on their faces. The toilets are disgrace.

Very chaotic, the service just unfriendly. Had the lamb skewer in puff pastry. The meat was tough on both. And the dough was neither a puff pastry as described on the menu nor a normal kebab dough as one actually uses it, but simply a cold tortilla. In addition, it fell apart immediately because aluminum foil was simply saved. We should enter our data on a piece of paper which was then simply left on the table (the notes from previous guests were still on the table).

Unfortunately the food didn't arrive until an hour later. Besides, the food was cold. It was normal in taste.

Very friendly service, my request to double wrap the take-away meals would be complied with willingly and really friendly. The Turkish pizza with doner kebab and salad: simply delicious! ?

Very tasty and very nice staff. But... Cashiers take money with their hands and also make the kebab with their hands. No place. Very full. Unfortunately no CORONA hygiene measures. All close together.

Lack of bread! No flaked peppers, ya, salt, vinegar, neither. There is no salt and black pepper in the dishes and potatoes. The men are officially just boiled meat and potatoes, put on the counter! Brother I paid the money, why did I dump the meat and the salads? Are you going to use it again? And Plav is too dry

Was with 2 friends over a weekend in Düsseldorf and on recommendation we ate at the Saray. It is really very tasty and recommendable. And for the prices, these are really very good portions, I would recommend them anytime. The staff was also very polite.

Very tasty but you have to wait a little longer

I definitely cannot recommend the shop. 1. Total chaos, no employee knows what's going on and there is no organization. 2. You are not even served, you have to queue up yourself, and even then you don't even look at you, the employees don't even understand what you want to order. Can't recommend anyone to go there, there are much better Turkish restaurants in the immediate vicinity, where you are also appreciated as a customer.

Have a lots of customers, tasty Kebab and they are open even early morning like 7:30 am ?

Could improvise the food... food was bland

The only things going on for this place are the location and the size. Food-wise and price-wise, it is a total disaster. The food is salty and tasteless. The meat is soggy. The falafel are the pre-made industrial ones; they were barely cooked and were picked with the same tongs used for the meat. The size of a big portion of the mushy fries is hardly the size of a small portion in most other places. Even though not mentioned anywhere, you have to pay for the sauce (the same price of a whole bottle from the supermarket). Never ever again.

Best shawerma pizza ever

Very close to the mainstation. This turkish restaurant has got dishes with meat and vegetarian ones. Really tasty sauces and good prices. Worth for a visit before leaving the city or after a night of dancing in the city centre.

Worst ever

Whenever we go to Dusseldorf train station, we often drop here to eat. All there food is awesome but kebabs are the special onea.

??? Amazing food and customer service! The downstairs bit is catered for a quick bite, whereas the upstairs bit is more of a posh vibe for bigger groups. Definitely worth the small premium

Very tasty and big kebab

My Syrian friend recommend this restaurant. It is super when the menu also has the pictures with all the dishes to understand. The second floor is more quiet for us to chat. The quantity of the food is much so better to shar3 with friends. It is delicious my Syrian friend said that it may be the best restaurant in Düsseldorf. It is worth trying.

Went to eat there with my brother and oldest son. Staff can speak English which is most of the time difficult to find in Germany. Food was ok. Not bad at all, but not excellent. Good enough. Pricing is not expensive. Sometimes you get the feeling it is a chaotic atmosphere, but not disturbing at all.

Oh..It was very good mixture of Veg and Non-Veg..

Once a year I come to Düsseldorf, and saray is truly a must-eat. Is is the best Döner I've ever eaten in my life.

I enjoyed the food. All Kababs were fresh and delicious.
